Since then, limiting beliefs and fear of judgement have restrained that spark of inspiration, making us think the adult world is divided into two categories: the Creatives\u2026 and the others!  <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br\/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br\/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To debunk this myth, we organised an unprecedented<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> bootcamp<\/span> <\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">at the end of November as part of our ICI* (Instants of Curiosity and Inspiration) events: a collective and participative session <\/span><b>to (re)learn how to unleash your creative potential<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> through simple routines and fun activities.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Were you absent? Here&#8217;s a little catch-up session with some shared content \u2935\ufe0f <\/span><\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>WARMING UP CREATIVITY<\/b><\/h2>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">To get started and set the pace for the session, we began the morning with a series of practical exercises to keep our creative minds awake . Here are three of them:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Free Writing :<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> One sheet of paper, one pen, one timer. Ready?  <\/span><b>Go! 5 minutes<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">of<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><i>free writing.<\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).\nUne technique anti page blanche o\u00f9 la consigne est simple :   <\/span><b>This technique fights against the writer&#8217;s block by simply putting thoughts on paper without ever lifting the pen. It allows continuous creativity without censorship, following our intuition.
